The ideal candidate will have a marketing background, and solid Digital Marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, and using a variety of digital marketing & CRM-related tools. We require that our Account Managers have at least 1 year of relevant experience within a Digital Marketing Account Management role.
Responsibilities
Managing the client journey throughout the engagement up until project completion (Initial Meeting >> Proposal >> Contract >> Onboarding>> Invoicing)
Creating a sense of unity and collaboration while facilitating communication between clients and team to ensure open and comprehensive exchange of information as appropriate.
Developing and overseeing the implementation of marketing services
Oversight of multiple client accounts at one time, including:
Coordinating clients, managers and teams
Managing client communications
Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
Serve as a liaison between our clients and our team to ensure work deliverables meet the expectations of both parties.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience within Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency setting
Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while keeping on schedule.
Tracking account performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Experience performing cross-functionally with others on our team. This includes collaboration and coordination with Project Managers, Copywriters, SEO Specialists, PPC Specialists, Content Strategists, Social Media Strategists, Designers, Developers, and other team members as needed
Ability to serve as an exceptional problem-solver on behalf of the team and clients, looking for innovative ideas and solutions to help solve marketing challenges
Experience providing status reports for marketing campaigns
A willingness to provide measurable value and ROI for our clients
An ability to build and grow healthy and mutually beneficial client and team relationships
Have a basic understanding of digital marketing, website design & development, PPC and SEO
Excellent analytical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal skills and a great listener and communicator.
At least 1 year experience in an Account Manager position, managing multiple client relationships and coordinating multiple projects
Professionalism and excellent presentation skills.
Speaking with clients regularly via phone and email on strategy, approvals, analytics etc. Little to no travel is required, however a willingness to host video and phone calls is a must.
Strong Google Docs experience
Basic Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Adwords is preferred
Versatile Digital Marketing knowledge is preferred, including Content Marketing, SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Web Development, etc.
Retain and grow a client portfolio with a churn rate of less than 15%
Maintain an average client Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 25 or greater
Maintain a less than 7% rate of High Risk Clients at all times
Ensure consistently timely and high quality deliverables from the team of SEO, Paid Search, and ContentSpecialists that align to client goals
Conduct sales calls to qualify and close leads
Research and create sales proposals for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Growing existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling Loganix solutions
Building a relationship with each client and managing client expectations
Researching and learning each client business in depth
Ensure deliverables are met consistently on time and above expected quality
Assisting in QA

Support the Account Supervisor in managing all of the brand's projects & knows where projects are at all times;
Ensure delivery of high quality communication products, on time and on budget, while managing and ensuring quality of our services to Clients (attention to detail, updated status and budget reports, organized communication, responsiveness)
Manage priorities and maintain client relationship in regard to ongoing projects.
Managing ongoing projects related to the brands assigned to you (from opening jobs to writing project briefs, validating information with clients, building project proposals, investigating background on brand and category, building timelines, estimates, updating Agency and client status reports, proofreading tools, liaising with clients, uploading and following up on client internal & external approval processes, managing print and digital production as it relates to your projects.
Coordinating efforts of the projects between creative, studio, clients, programmers etc. and managing/adjusting priorities in partnership with the Account Supervisor or Account Director
Supporting Account Supervisor and Account Director in managing day-to-day on accounts and ensuring a positive relationship with clients and preparing proposals for new business or new ideas (presentation building skills)
Ensuring financial follow-up and billing requests internally (including budgets recaps and flag overages to Account Directors in a timely fashion)
Preparing shipments for clinic deliveries for special programs
Requirements
Outstanding project management, organization and prioritization abilities
Working knowledge of all media (print, TV, radio and digital)
For Canadian Accounts: PAAB and ASC understanding and basic negotiation skills (support by Account Supervisor and Director)

A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical agency experience or relevant project management experience
Science or Marketing degree & French are important assets
Clearly summarize all communication with client (contact reports) and communicate key decisions to the team
Prepare for all client and internal meetings, ensuring reference documents are available and all necessary attendees are present
Learn the client’s business and competitive landscape and be prepared to participate in client meetings
Help prepare POVs as required through online research
Develop presentation decks to communicate with clients and other parties
Works with the account director to develop tactical briefing documents and brief the creative team on projects
Help the Account Director manage all financial aspects (setting up monthly billing meetings, reading job sums, preparing job transfers, estimating tactical projects) of the account, including profitability
Assist in research preparation, attend research sessions and communicate results to the team
Develop and maintain good working partnerships with clients, agency partners and all agency departments (creative, production, project management, studio, media, finance)
Play a key role in the agency’s pursuit of new business
Learn and follow all client processes and guidelines and ensure that all team members do as well
Work with Project Manager to develop and maintain all client timelines
Clearly summarizes meeting notes for all internal meetings and distributes to the team
Assists in strategic planning preparation and strategy sessions as required
Attend and participate in studio briefings as needed
