  • Proficiency with current issues and trends within the online marketing industry, emphasis on emerging media and mobile platforms.
  • A solid understanding of user-centric digital and social media.
  • Competency managing high volume, fast turn-around projects.
  • Solid experience formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, writing, and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
  • The leadership skills to motivate distributed teams.
  • Experience in working with a partnership of multiple agencies.
  • English/Japanese bilingual a +

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects & campaigns from A to Z with the support of the Group Account Director
  • Proactively manage all resources involved in projects (internal & external)
  • Be the day to day main point of contact with the client on respective projects
