Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively manage the agenda, mail, email, and calls (screen and resolve calendar conflicts, filtering requests, prioritize importance)
  • Organize and coordinate business meetings
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and meetings held outside of the office (itineraries, flights, hotels, transportation, etc.)
  • Manage timesheets and expense reports
  • Assist with the organization and set up of internal events
  • Treatment of confidential information and documents

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Can quickly adapt to change
  • Extremely strong planning, organizing and monitoring abilities - an efficient time-manager
  • Discretion and good judgement
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet)
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written. French an asset
