Our Project Managers are an integral part of our account service team, partnering with our clients and working with our agency team to deliver executional excellence in our integrated campaigns. They are able to strike the balance between getting it done and getting it right, all while meeting the client’s needs and the creative’s desires. After all, great work is not great work, if it isn’t on time and on budget.
We are looking for someone who embodies integrated in the fullest sense of the word. Integrated as it applies to a holistic understanding of the client’s business, agency workflow and flawless execution. Independently taking ownership in managing the scope, schedule and budget from briefing to creative development, through to multi-channel production, trafficking and tracking results.
Manage all phases of digital and integrated advertising projects. Ensure they are on time and on budget while maintaining team and client satisfaction
Manage internal creative projects with an entrepreneurial focus
Manage client projects on a day to day basis
Create project plans, timelines and estimates
Manage project plan scope and financials
Identify risks and issues and develop clear solutions and risk mitigation strategies
Manage creative and development teams and relationships with external vendors
Schedule resources and work with other PMO team members to resolve conflicts
Ensure strong communication with both the team and with clients to ensure an update understanding of status, risks and issues
Strong understanding of project management best practices
5+ years of agency experience in managing design or advertising projects
Strong history in managing client relationships and expectations
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain project priorities
Strong attention to detail with in depth technical experience
